I would like to thank you for joining us at the RiverDogs game on August 7, and telling stories. Over I 00 children and their parents listened in the hot sun to Brian McCreight, Linda Stout, Sid Katz, Claire Willett and you. Your performance made it a special night for the children. In the final count, 885 children who read nine hours this summer attended the ball game.

I appreciate that you volunteered your time and talent to honor the children of Charleston County who read this summer with the library.
